The McKenney Hills – Carroll Knolls Civic Association was founded in 1992 and provides a collective voice when expressing neighborhood concerns to the County, is a source for information on community events and builds a stronger sense of neighborhood cohesiveness through social events. The civic association was formed to represent single family homes within boundaries drawn as of November 2011, changes may occur as more of the history of the boundaries are clarified.
